Olio – Cucina Fresca: new restaurant in the fine dining scene in Milan. The restaurant honours the great Apulian food and wine tradition. Olio is a young initiative based of two pillars: the quality kitchen and the excellence of olive oil from Puglia. Behind Olio - Cucina Fresca there is all the passion for food and the great Apulian tradition of a charming couple: Angelo Fusillo and Paola Totaro.
